I watched the Ghana-USA game – that glorious and life-shortening game – with the American Outlaws at Jack Demsey’s bar on 33rd street. After the victory – that glorious, dramatic, USA victory – the bar spilled out into the street. The cops had to show up to clear for traffic. Just expect to close the street on Sunday.
